With 2.3 seconds timing the height of the building is 25.921 mt(S=0x2.3+(1/2) x9.8 x 2.3x2.3)
The acceleration of gravity is 32 feet per second squared, so after 2 seconds the barometer is falling at 64 feet per second. Then use the formula X=VT+1/2AT^2 where V=64, T=0.3, A=32. So X=20.64 feet.
