Last time there was a problem with my apartment's water (a problem I accidentally caused) the landlord was in here at 7.30AM. But now it's 10AM and I haven't seen him about the current problem with the apartment's water (another problem that I accidentally caused by purposefully trying to fix it).
Do you think I'm in the clear? I feel bad about screwing everything up for the building but maybe the landlord should've fixed the problem in the first place!!
Update:The controls to the entire building's water supply are in the main hall next to an open ceiling tile. Can you spot the thing that the landlord should do so people don't randomly fiddle with the pipes?
FYI, this is probably the source of my problem since some jackass will randomly twist the wheel and harass me with sound.

Why is this under mental health?
I think your landlord is having second thoughts about you. You should quit trying to fix things yourself that involve everyone else in the building. It sounds like you just have to face the consequences. You can apologize and swear never to do anything again, but at least ask what you can do to help. Good luck friend.
