Since the car is moving with a constant velocity, the acceleration is zero and therefore the unbalanced force is zero (i.e. the forces are all balanced).
F = ma. Convert mass to kilograms to get 0.0051 kg. Then rearranging the formula gives a = F/m = 3.4/0.0051 = 666 m/s.
F = ma again. this time we need to rearrange to m = F/a = 1510/1.3 = 1162 kg. Some toy that is!
