If you fire an object straight up from ground level on Earth at a speed of 137.2 m/s, how fast will it be going after 6 seconds?
How do I do this problem??
u use a kinematic formula, v2=a x t + v1
so v2 is the speed at 6 seconds and v1 is 137.2m/s
a=-9.8m/s^2
-9.8 x 6 +137.2
-58.8+137.2
v2=78.4m/s
V=Vo-gt
V=137.2-9.8*6=78.4 m/s
