I have a Trojan Virus as I'm told and it wont allow me to open any programs or get on the internet, I cannor use my Virus Scanner, which is SUPERantispyware. is there anything I can do? I cannot system restore either. any help is greatly appreciated

Boot into Safe Mode, open Task Manager and End process of any such as antivirus.exe, ms-av.exe, antivirusxp.exe, then open Superantispyware, Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.

1. Log out and reboot your machine.
2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

4. When the login screen comes up, log in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.
5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.

Using the F8 Method
1. Restart your computer.
2. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
