My brother has condoms and needed one. I put it on but it was a little tight but I wasn't long enough. It was a Trojan. I'm 14 haven't grown down there at all. I'm 5in circumference and length. Is that normal?

Yeah, you have some thickness. It isn't anything unusual, though.
You are a little bit larger than average but not by much - I honest cant advise needing a condom at only 14 but I can say well at least your being safe second well I would try pasante and a ci card (free condoms that I think a little larger than average) your main problem is width to which extent you will have a problem until you can at the very least buy condoms legally so you'll kinda have to put up with it for most of your teenage hood at the least
