So,
If as a result of my child support, I need to work more or obtain a second job to get by and provide for my son when hes with me...
Will the court force me to pay child support on that too if it comes up on the 3 year review?
Or will do the courts tend to let you keep that in order to provide for yourself and the child when the child is with you?
Legit answers please. I get tons of useless answers from biased stay at home moms who don't know what they're talking about, and their opinion belongs in the garbage.

Your support order WILL be based on total income.
If you actually need a second job to pay the ordered amount, you SHOULD be consulting a lawyer about petitioning the court to reduce the support order.
