MY THUMBS HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
i think its somthing like nintendo thumb but my thumbs mainly hurt from my xbox's controller cause i sprint and stuff like that and i have to click that circle button and both my thumbs hurt and they have been hurting for weeks. any help or experience you guys could give me would be great!

I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but you might try taking a vacation from hand held consoles. You might be developing a bit of arthritis from over using the consoles. Take a break, let your hands relax. Go get a massage or just soak them in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes, try rubbing them in the water to release tension. Just give them a break, and if it's not helping or working go see a doctor. Good Luck :)
You may want to try some lotion. You also may want to take a break from the Xbox and give your poor thumbs a break. Maybe watch a movie. I recommend A Clockwork Orange.
