I'm having pain in my left knee and its like the lower part of the knee and its only when I put pressure on my left leg...Anyone know what this could be?

Is it swollen? (The knee)...Sound slike you could possible have some tendon issues or perhaps Arthritis. But I doubt the latter. Hmm, with the little info you gave I am unable to go into any more detail.
