Middle school tips tricks?
My little cousin really nervous for middle school. He is currently in 5th grade, kinda short, like 4 foot 5 in. Weighing like 70 pounds. I have no clue what to tell him, I can't even word it lol. He wants to know what the homework load is, how to act, how to dress, about the lockers etc.

When I started middle school I was 4 foot 4 and 60 pounds. Tell him to dress casual, like a tshirt and jeans, maybe a polo and khakis on some days. Try to keep a good social life while maintaining good study habits. When you have free time try to get work done early so that you have time for fun. Depending on the school it might be best to take your books for the morning in a small bag, go to your locker at lunch, and get your books for the afternoon. Most of all realize that middle school is what you make of it. If you have a good attitude about what you are doing you will have fun. With homework and studying, it is not an overload of work. Schedule out your work for the next few days, and after working for a little while, give yourself a break to do something fun like play a video game or whatever you like to do. The goal of middle school is to prep you from high school, not to overload you with work. If you ever are upset or stressed just remember "hakuna matata" it will all be well in the end. Trying your best is important but it is okay if you get a bad grade. Just learn from your mistakes and have fun!
