You will not be able to board the plane and enter the USA without a visa, unless you are from one of the Visa waiver countries, and can travel on a visa waiver program.
If you lost an old passport with a visa - you have to reapply for a visa at the US consulate. Depending on what type of visa, it could be issued fairly fast (Visitor's visa), or could take more than 5 days for other types of visa. Most consulates require you to schedule a visa appointment several weeks in advance. You may have to reschedule your flight if you have no visa by the date of departure.
Contact the US Embassy in your country, you might be able to get an emergency appointment.
Depending on what kind of visa you had you might need to apply for a new one. That means going through the same process again. They dont just reissue a visa.
File for a police report then go to the US Embassy to report the loss of your visa. Some visas can be replaced, some you will have to reapply again. You might not be able to leave as scheduled considering that your flight is in 5 days.
