I know this seems like a bizarre question but I'll only pay attention to intelligent answers. I heard that Einsteins theory of relativity and space and time theories can be manipulated to create future time travel. Does anyone know or think this is possible or can be made easier?

Time travel is possible by theory of relativity and extra dimension of supersymmetry
I don't know of course where you heard that about Einstein. It is a common misconception that is not shared by physicists. It simply means that the Einstein Field Equations work equally well in a time-reversal situation. They do NOT say time travel is possible. Forwards time travel is not only easy, but unavoidable. We all do it constantly. Travel into the past is very different and in the opinion of almost all physicists, will never be possible, regardless of the technology or the amount of energy available at some time in the future. This is because travel into the past violates several fundamental laws of the Universe. One of these is the law of entropy, which states entropy must always increase. Another is the law of conservation of energy. There are others as well, but those given are sufficient to forbid it.
"I heard that Einsteins theory of relativity and space and time theories can be manipulated to create future time travel."
No manipulation required, since the laws of physics require that we all move forward in time. You can experience less duration than the rest of the Universe under special circumstances (high speed, high acceleration, deep gravity well), but everyone ends up in the future together.
You just cannot go back in time to tell about it.
You will need a shield that is better than the Earths atmosphere. maybe if you had a ship the had a atmosphere big enough to break up ice and asteroids that are impossible to dodge ..than yes you could reach a very fast speed I would say you could travel at 30% the speed of light and still survive in the ship, this would give you a time dilation.
When you start to travel any faster your starting to cause atoms to move through you faster causing cancer, The cosmos has fast moving particles from black holes all over.
Einstein himself said "when object is moving at the speed of light time around it goes slower" that means travel to future is possible. However because of the countless paradox'ses travel to the past is impossible (one simple paradox if you would go back in time and shoot yourself how could you shoot yourself if you're dead in the future)
It's possible now and quite easy... you technically time travel every time you go fast.
every time you take a flight you arrive a little younger than you'd be if you'd have stayed in one place.
the extra radiation from being at that altitude kind of negates it but you get the idea.
going fast = time travel to the future.
If you really want sensible answers don't ask here the sheep will baa and debunk it all time travel is possible through bending time itself read up on Nikola Tesla he knew more than most that's why the US stole his work
yes. It has actually been proven that while in orbit on the ISS an astronaut will have traveled one millisecond into the future. Not much, but it is still time travel.
confident in one course: the destiny. to realize this, you decide on a very speedy spaceship which could commute to a important fraction of the fee of light. you will journey time contraction alongside here formula t' = root (a million -v^2/c^2)*t the place t' is the time you journey t is the time experienced via a table sure observer (e.g earth) v is your velocity c the fee of light. for instance in case you have been to commute at 10% of the fee of light, you may journey a time contraction of ninety 9.498% no longer very spectacular. yet at 50%, time contraction may be 86.60% at ninety%, it would be 40 3.fifty 8% at ninety 9%, it would be 14.10% at ninety 9.9%, it would be 4.40 seven% So in case you ought to get a spaceship to prevail in ninety 9.9% of the fee of light, and shelter this velocity for 4.40 seven years, on your return to earth one hundred years might have long previous via. Fly for 40 4.7 years, and are available returned to earth one thousand years later. So in concept you could commute forward in time. practically there are some snags. With increasing velocity , in basic terms like time contracts, your mass augments in the comparable share (e.g. if time runs 10x slower, your mass is 10x larger. in an attempt to journey the comparable tension on your seat, you may choose to cut down your acceleration on condition that your mass greater advantageous (bear in mind F=ma). additionally it would grow to be an increasing type of confusing to bypass at those speeds and probable your physique might go through severe trauma (for instance each heartbeat might require lots greater capability).
The evidence is that time travel, as understood in science fiction, is not and never will be possible. If it is or will be, where are the time tourists? Shouldn't the streets be full of them?
