I know a guy (he's straight and he is willing to share a room with me, knowing pretty well that I am a closeted gay guy. Overall, he is pretty comfortable with me (hard to say if he is faking it though). Is he bi-curious? Do I have a chance :D

If he says he is straight, then u take him at his word and don't hit on him. If he starts comin on to u, then u can go for it.
Just play it carefully. If he makes it obvious then go for it. If not then just see what happens. You could always come out and ask him if it means enough to you?
