Probably not - though you don't give us enough information to be sure.
The ONLY people who can travel on the direct charter flights are US residents under OFAC licences or Cuban residents with specific permission.
If you are neither US or Cuba resident, you cannot use the direct charter flights. Instead you will have to go via a third country. I have used Cayman Islands several times and found that quite good.
(I have not flown direct, although I would have been eligible.)
Miami is certainly one of the most popular vacation locations and with hotelbye you'll find out more. Miami has something for anyone; from the trendy nightlife of South Beach, bejeweled by the eye candy of the Art Deco section around the bustle of Calle Ocho and the highly caffeinated energy of Small Havana. The Art Deco District delivers right back memories of an early on amount of time in Florida with its incredibly repaired 1930s Art Deco structures and is really a place properly visited just like Bayside Marketplace. This place is a large outdoor style mall with more than 150 specialty and tourist stores, numerous bars and restaurants, and day-to-day stay entertainment.
Yes, you can if you are european citizen with eu passport. You will need to have a tourist card though. For travelers from Europe, typically, departure airports are not allowed to sell tourist cards and you must have a valid tourist card before arriving at the airport. These are available at the relevant Cuban Consulate although, again for a small additional fee, can generally be ordered from travel agencies. Hope this helps.

No, it's not possible, unless you are a Cuban resident. Even then, you are not guaranteed approval. It's just easier to go via a third country.
Not from the USA.
Unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. The only way available is via Cancun or Cayman Islands
