I decided to clean it, I use a LCD and monitor spray that has a cloth too. I am always careful not to get any inside the machine. I was a bit rougher with the keyboard then usual. After cleaning it I turned it back on and it booted up to the password screen, I tried to put in my password but it was like the buttons weren't responding, so I clicked shut down and turned back on. Now it boots past where it says Toshiba and at the bottom to press F2 or F12 for utilities (I tried pressing them but nothing happens) then it goes to the black screen with the - symbol just before the password screen and freezes. I'm not sure of the specs or anything but it has Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and it is about five years old I think. I was working fine half hour ago, what could I have done to it!?
Update:Yeah I know, I didn't spray the keyboard.

That spray should NEVER be used in the keyboard. NO spray should. Any liquid getting on the keyboard is going to run down the keys. It will find its' way inside the contacts and can totally destroy them. But think about it, the motherboard and all critical components on the laptop are directly under the keyboard, so it goes through to those. Even if you get it all out, the electro chemical reaction you have already started will never stop now. It even gets inside the chips.
