Oh sure, some of the cities look prosperous but get out into the countryside, live in the towns and villages as I've done for the past 11 years and you will be disgusted with what you see. If you go to one of these places and you want to find anyone in authority look for the guys living in the biggest flashiest houses and riding/driving the biggest and best motorbikes and cars. Yes, it is really that simple! But if you were to look at their incomes which are very small in comparison to their lifestyles you would be entitled to ask some very obvious questions. I can list you examples all day long but here's one you can research yourself. Why would MGM Grand build a monstrous casino and resort at Ho Tram then withdraw when it was almost up and running?
