Just try and be yourself, don't show off or be creepy, I'd try to start a conversation. If she isn't interested, oh well, your 15, lots of time to find someone, its not the end of the world if she doesn't like you you or you end up not liking her.
Compliment her eyes. That always works. Say something like, "Wow, your eyes are the most beautiful shade of _____ I've ever seen."
