When I walk, and I look at my legs, I can see that the thighs are wobbly. Is there a way, I can make it less wobble.
And as well as my stomach. When I bend over, I have like this massive stomach that pops out. I also realise that it wobbles or shakes when I walk. I find that quite disgusting. What can I do to lessen down BOTH legs and stomach wobbleing or shaking??!

you need to burn fat all over..
so u need to increase your intensity...
try doing elipitical or bicyle work in the gym for 30 mins 3 - 4 times per week
as well.. u should be doing leg workouts with doing squats, hamstring curls, leg presses, and calf raises.. this will sculpt your legs and give u the toning ultimatley... do leg workouts once a week and cardio the rest of the week
Go on a healthier, reduced fat diet and lots of mild exercise can be a first step. Then go get a health checkout.
SQUATS, LUNGES, AND HEEL RAISES!!!
They work wonders to have beautiful, toned legs!
i think jogging/running is your best bet. good luck!
