No competent and experienced piercer will do a 18g-20g [what earrings are] navel piercing on you. Not substantial enough. Navel piercings are normally done at 14g.

You can use whatever you like. Studs would be uncomfortable though, I think a hoop would be fine. You could go to a store that sells different gauge earrings (like Spencer or Hot Topic, not like Zellers) and find something you like there. Usually the cashiers there know what they're talking about so you could ask them about it.

that can't work the gauge is too big its like an 8 for ur navel ring and an earring wont work sorry and it can't be straight cuz it was done with a hook navel rings are always curved
