Um, gosh that's a tough one. How big is that pizza? When it comes caloric intake, I believe pop tarts (both) would be around 400 calories. As for a cheese pizza, it can be around 230 calories, give or take.
Maybe have a piece of pizza. Have a little salad on the side too while you're at it!
I wouldn't consider either of them HEALTHY breakfast choices but the slice of pizza has more nutritional value (protein, calcium) than a poptart does (basically pure sugar). Plus the pizza probably has less calories than 2 poptarts do.
