Numbness in left thumb tip?
Woke up this morning and the tip of my left thumb was numb...still the same way a few hours later. Hasn't gone away.
Not sure what to do. Never felt anything like this before and just hoping it will go away.
Sudden onset; no explanation for why it's like this.

Your thumb was pinched either by Somthing or by yourself while you were sleeping. No big deal though. It will go away by tomarrow. Think of your thumb being pinched for hours while you were asleep. It will take some time to heal.
