Okay, well, if he already has a girl friend and he flirts with you, what kind of boyfriend do you think he would really be. If you two did date he would probably have another girl he likes to give hugs to everyday. And I'm sure you are not the only one he flirts with; boys that age are all the same. They go through girl friends like underwear. Right now, it's just cool to have a pretty girl to put his arm around and go to the mall with, but sadly, their level of thinking stops there. Women are programmed so differently, we want love, no matter what age, and I know there is no stopping these feelings, but do try to recognize that fact and take things in stride when you do get a boyfriend.

he might just be using her girlfriend as a cover for the truth that he likes you. You should tell him how you feel. And do it personally, first create a super sweet aura around both of you, then when the time is right, tell him how you feel.

if he likes you well then he likes you and he shouldn't be going out with that chick anyway, if he is going out with another girl and flirting with you well then he is a flirt. What you can do is,

flirt with him back and see if he realy likes you then after that if he likes you he will break up with the girl for you and if not then .....ya there is nothing you can do about it.
