And if your trying to talk to girls here's a trick I would use when I was single (even though it was with guys but it works both ways) talk to them like if you were talking for someone else or in a way that you don't care, you know like simple questions, what time is it? oh shoot I'm late, I'll see you later and if she finds you interesting she will say by. or do you know when the bus is coming? Good, I thought I was late. Then you can continue with a conversation while waiting for the bus. Never show that your interested but not too much cause for sure she'll think your a jerk. well, according to "everyone" you are some sort of a dweeb. unless these girls are into charity cases or are mature along the lines of middle aged women, they aren't going to be into nerds. the nerd era for a woman is somewhere around the 40's when coolness just gets worn out. so until then you gotta shake that nerd persona buddy boy. as far as people making fun of you, the main motivation is to piss you off or to get you going in some way. so don't give people the reaction they want. its a small step but it might just get people to stop making fun of you. unless of course you are king of the dweebs in which case you need to find a dweebess to fall in love with.

be funny. if you're a nerd, dweeb, geek, etc. being funny can turn things all around. Not a funny guy? Go for mysterious, maybe slightly cocky. Not too cocky. But make it known that you are confident and believe you can have any chick. Attitude is EVERYTHING. I've been attracted to these types of people for these reasons, so I hope it helps.

Always be yourself and start a conversation with one of them sometime. Start off with something light so they won't be bored out of their wits and don't get too personal.

well, you could find out what these girls' interests are. find out what they like, dislike, and so on. if you come off as being a nice person, and if they can sense that about you when you talk to them, then i think they will end up liking you. good luck!
