ok so there is this girl thats in my class and i asked her out on a date and she said that she was too busy with the two volleyball teams that she coached and now i cant tell if she just doesnt like me or doesnt want to date anyone right now should i just give up or is there any chance for me? im open to all and any suggestions

If you really like her, pursue her and once she sees you're really interested she'll come around.
Did she seem genuinely sorry when she said she couldn't? If she did, she liked you, but couldn't because she was too busy. There is definitely a chance If she was sorry. Maybe you could ask her if you could go and watch any of her teams games? That could be a little creepy if you don't know her very well. If she seems not very sorry for turning you down, I'd just leave it alone.
