well, my mom and dad are divorced. I live with my mom and step-dad in Alberta, and my dad is in Ontario where i was born.
My dad is dating this girl. she's nice i guess but she has two kids of her own, one older than me, one younger. And i dont much like them.
So first of all, how would i deal with them if they became my brother + sister in law?
And second, for the time being he is just dating her, and he seems to pay more attention to her kids then to his own. so any suggestions?
And i dont want to talk to him about it because he expects us to be nice to them and gets really mad when we say we dont like them much. So ya....
Update:oh ya step-brother and step-sister sorry
And he has been dating her for like 3 years so i HAVE gotton to know them..
i also only get to see my dad 2 times a year so when we do we try to do lots together and now he is bringing them with him and acts like we arnt even there
i really love my dad but i hate this

Write down your concerns in a letter to your dad, and proofread it before you give it to him. Make sure it addresses all our concerns - without whining - and then give it to him in person. Explain that you've been having some problems and you'd like him to read your letter before you two talk about it.
When he's ready to talk, sit down and listen calmly and carefully to what he has to say; that way, he'll probably listen carefully and calmly to you, too. Repeat back to him what you're hearing him say and check to make sure you've understand what he's saying.
The two of you should be able to come to a solution that will work for both of you. Just keep it all calm and let him know how much he means to you.
You can do this!
They would be your step brother and step sister, and perhaps after you get to know them better you might really like them. It is hard to judge a book by the cover. Just give it some time and see what happens. Peace, Blue
Realize you daddy is acting like a teenager again, he's trying his best to impress her at all costs, even by risking your relationship with him. Learn to keep yourself busy, and not need attention all the time, also understand that she probably doesn't realize she's doing this to you. It's all new to everyone involved, and people might easily get hurt, this is a work in progress, so be patient...
