I purchased an item on ebay and when it took longer to arrive than it was meant to, I decided to check my account. When I got there, I found that the seller had closed their account and obviously, I didn't get my item. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
Update:I don't have a paypal account so I can't open a case with them.

The seller didn't close their account, eBay did. You must open a dispute right way to get your money back. eBay/PayPal have a 45 day time limit to open a dispute and that time limit starts the moment the listing ends.
