I purchased an item on ebay and when it took longer to arrive than it was meant to, I decided to check my account. When I got there, I found that the seller had closed their account and obviously, I didn't get my item. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
Update:I don't have a paypal account so I can't open a case with them...

Yes - you will need to go to the customer service tab - right upper corner - and go to the resolution center and open a case, from there Ebay and paypal will take care of it within a few days.
