The thing that sort of bugs me is when people say ''My try-outs are next week how do I do backhandspring/ toe touch/ be a flyer/ standing tuck/ etc perfectly?" Because people really should have been getting ready since like January or before lol- perfection does not happen over night! So, hopefully you have some time 'to get back into shape'- run, stretch, jump, kick and practice yelling- goo luck! :)
