Okay. soo today i was tried as a flyer..
And i have NO experience in flying at all!
i used to be a base. but i am petite.
and now im nothing.. I dont think.
but they tried me as a flyer and i got so scared!
&&all i did was go up to a half. : // I was a tight for a bit then i started leaning forward...? and butted out.
Tips please???? Help! I wanna do sommething in stunts...
right now im basically just doing the shoulder sits. Buhh.

Practice on a chair (balance holding yourself up on your toes on the edge of a chair) or get some girl friends to let you practice on them in the pool.
Keep your chest up and tuck your butt (keep it really tight) while you're in the air. That should keep you from butting out. And curling your toes up in your shoes while in a stunt will keep you from toe-ing out. My coach used to say pretend there's a $100 bill in between your butt cheeks and you don't want to lose it haha. Good luck!
Squeeze your butt! That sounds weird and wonderful, yet in basic terms squeeze everywhere. it is going to certainly help, all i think of roughly while i'm flying is squeezing and staying somewhat tight, and that i'm stable as a rock, i do no longer wobble in any respect. My bases say i've got self assurance like i'm ten pounds while they positioned me up, it makes it plenty much less confusing on them and you. And as on your facial features, i could in basic terms say in basic terms smile somewhat with your mouth closed, so it won't look such as you're smiling and you will no longer look weird and wonderful, yet you will no longer look frightened or expressionless. wish this permits!! digital mail me in case you have different cheer questions!!
