First of all...type like a normal person, because that kind of short hand makes you look dumb, and it took me 5 minutes just figuring out what you were trying to ask.

Second, if he is with someone else, leave him alone. If/when he is out of this relationship, then you could try talking to him about a new start. Be faithful with him if you do get back together. Otherwise, let him be with this new person and get on with your life.
