Am I training too much ?

Monday, Hour on crosstrainer, long walk 5miles

Tuesday, 30 mins crosstrainer, maybe 2 mile run

Wed = Monday

Thursday = rest day

Friday = same as Tues

Saturday = same as Monday

Sunday = rest or Same as Tueday depends how I feel

I have read all these article of over training etc etc but is what I mentioned too much ?

thanks for that mate I am trying to just get fit again always been active n stuff and I am just trying to get the beef off and physically fit again
