Your question is somewhat unclear to me. But here goes.
The placebo pills, or the last week of pills in the pill pack, not have any hormones in them they are simply reminder pills to help you stay on track. Missing those pills will not put you at risk for pregnancy. However missing an active pill, any of the first 21 pills in your pill pack will put you at risk for pregnancy. Whenever you miss an active pill in your pill pack take it as soon as you realize that you missed it and stay on track with the rest of the pills in your pill pack. You should always take all of the 21 active pills in your pill pack. If you skip a pill or take one late use a back up method such as condoms for 7 days. You don't have to physically take the inactive pills, the 4th week, but you should take 7 days off before starting a new pack of active pills should you choose not to swallow those placebo pills unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
Try your best to obtain you new pack of pills Sunday and in the future pick them up a couple days or a week before you need them so you don't run into this problem again. As soon as you pick up your pills take 2 a day until you are caught up to the correct day and use condoms for 7 days. If you don't start your pills on Sunday you are technically re-starting them and need a back up method for a week.
I would strongly encourage you to access whether or not you are using a birth control method that is working well for you. There are other methods out there that you could use that would provide you with just as much protection such as the patch, ring or depo shot. With any method if you don't use it correctly it becomes less effective. And, whatever method you choose seriously think about using condoms with your pills or other method to give yourself a back up in case you forget pills again. It'll give you peace of mind!
If you've had unprotected sex in the last 5 days you could obtain Plan B, also know as the morning after pill, from a pharmacy. It is an over the counter, no Rx needed for people 18 and above, 17 and below need an Rx. Or, go to a family planning clinic or call your doctor.
Also, I'd encourage you to read the information that comes in your pill box as well as talk to your doctor with additional questions.
There's no harm in just skipping the placebo pills in the pack: they're just to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day. Missing an active pill is bad though, especially the first one in the pack. (Your chances of actually ovulating are greater since you've been taking the placebo pills for a week.) You say the drugstore isn't open tomorrow--most drugstores are open on Sundays now. If your regular one isn't, find one that is, and get your pills refilled.
Otherwise, take two pills the first day to get back on track and use condoms until you've taken at least seven active pills to be extra safe.
It's unpredictable to determine what your odds of conception will be. But the recommendation is that if ANY pills are missed that alternate methods of protection be used for usually about a week after taking them again. The best bet is to abstain as no protection is ever 100% effective.
Depending on your age, pretty darn good. Buy some condoms and make a game out of using them this month. Then, if you don't want to have a baby, be more careful. You can't be just "a little pregnant". Its all or nothing and pretty bad for everyone if its not what you want right now.
when you get your pack Monday take two. your chances are only high when you ovulate. you don't ovulate during your period. I'd say the chances are 50.50 depending on when you missed your other pill in the month. if you don't want to get pregnant....be more consistent and careful.
By having unprotected sex, you always have a chance of bcoming pregnant (not to mention std's...I don't care how true you think your boyfriend is). I suggest you start wrapping that rascal EVERY TIME!!
Time to start using lots of condoms, and phone your physician on Monday!
lol if u have unprotected sex all the time....chances are great!
make sure you take the baby with you when u go the olive garden. get the tiramisu cake for dessert!!!
you should be ok if you make him use a condom thats the only way you are more fertile around you,re period time better safe then sorry right?
unprotected sex, pregnancy damn good chance
