Am i going through puberty?!?
Im 13 and im wondering if mypenis is too small i think it is it looks small but when i measured it it was 5 1/2 inches it looks smaller than that too me will it grow more?

At 13 it shouldn't need to be any bigger than 3 to 4 inches so you're well over sized
No it will not grow anymore, once your about 10 - 12 it stops growing. And 5 sound very small but you shouldn't worry cause your only f0cking 13 so your not gonna have sex or anything
