Okay so im 136 ibs 5''6 and some people say im curvy, thick because of my thighs and hips
Update:Well my height is actually around 5'5 or 5'6 if not 5'4 but not anylower

You're probably just curvy, and that's a really good thing. Your weight is perfect!
To me, it doesn't sound like you're fat, but I'm no expert. If you're a woman it's normal to be curvy. Some people are just naturally built this way.
If you are happy with your body don't worry about what other people say, if you're not do something to change it.
Everyones body shows differently but you seem normal.
