i am a 13 year old guy, 5.4, and 120 pounds, i dont really look fat if i have a shirt on because i have alot of chest muscle and it makes my stomach look small in comparison, but i feel fat, am i? and what are some good weight loss exercises other than running? thanks

when i was 13 i was 5'4" and i was like 102, but i was also a girl and didn't really eat anything
you're not fat, you have a lot of muscle and muscle weighs more than fat
you can try walking for long distances and avoiding fat for a long time
I know this sounds really silly, but playing Just Dance and eating pretty healthy has worked out for me. :3
