k so i have sorta wavy dark dark dark brown hair. its not exactly straight OR curly and its not the Beeyootifull beachy waves either. i want to get these sort of curls that the girl (blonde) in da pic has. how do you get those sort of wild, smaller ziggy zzaggay curls? and how do you get your hair to have that wet sleek look all day long? thx and BTW im on a budget so i cant really buy too many products that are expensive if any at all. so i basically have:

regular mousse

scrunching mousse (but its da crappy sauve kind so it doesnt work dat well)

smalll barrel curlin iron bout i dunno mayb 1 in. or so. but it doesnt heat up dat well and doesnt curl well eithr but i cant afford anotha one

hairspray - aussia megavolume (smells GREAT!)

some garnier water-basd wax or sumthin

and tonsa shampoo etc lik herbal essences friiz free and garnier shine polish and sum heat protectent shampoo, etc.

so thz and BEST ANSWER is da one who answers alla my questns wit GOOD answers its OK if theyre lonnng and whoevr has a cheaper method that doesnt requir toooo many products, etc. thx!
