It's almost impossible to tell from that photo as Xray interpretation is surprisingly subtle sometimes, but from what I can see it looks fine. No obvious areas of consolidation or 'whiteness' to indicate a serious infection or pneumonia.

Keep in mind you still might HAVE an infection but the Xray look OK if it's in its early stages or is an upper respiratory infection (like a cold).
