X-Box 360 Gamertag Trouble?

My gamertag hasn't been able to sign in just recently. I have had my gamertag for the past year and a half and just paid my yearly gold fee a few months ago and my router is working because my brother has a seperate X-Box 360 next to mine on a seperate TV and he can still sign in with his seperate X-Box Live account and has the same gold membership and payment month as me. But just today it hasn't let me sign in. What happens is when I click "Connect to Xbox LIVE" it attempts to connect but fails and prompts me to "Update Profile". After I click "Update Profile" it brings me to the "Account Management" screen it attempts to load but during its loading process it brings me back to the "Connect to Xbox LIVE" screen. It is a vicious circle and I keep going around and around and there is no way to connect to Xbox Live to change my membership payment options. So what should I do now? Does anyone have any idea's or has encountered the same problem?

Update:

Alright, more news I probably should have added earlier. When it prompts me to update my account it says above it "Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current account information in Accounted Management." But keep in mind that when I select the "Update Profile" option, it loads for a second and then sends me back to the main screen. Is there possibly somewhere I can update my account online (not through Xbox LIVE). Thanks in advance for any information to help my situation.
