I recently bought my little sister a few Webkinz toys because she has been doing very well in school, and because she has been asking me. She was very excited when they arrived. We got on the website fine, registered her animals without much trouble. It was only when we were logging into the actual website so she can play did we have a problem. It stops on the loading page and continues to load, not doing anything. I have searched the internet for a reason, have contacted the website, and haven't gotten anything back.
Update:I have Google Chrome and it automatically updates all the Adobe and Flash stuff. I have continuously deleted cookies and wiped the cache. It makes me angry because my six year old sister wants to play with them so bad and she can't.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Webkinz World. We don't currently have Google Chrome listed as a supported browser, so trying another browser should be the first step.
We also have a customer support page you can access at this link http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/us_en/csg.ph... Just click on "Other" to access the contact form. Within the contact form please list your connection speed, browser and computer specs.

Try updating Adobe Flash Player. If that fails, delete your browser cache and make sure that your popup blockers are set to allow that website.
