The pic is blurry but I believe you're trying to put a file in C:\Program Files (x64)\....
That path, so far as I know, doesn't exist. There is C:\Program Files (x86)\.... and C:\Program Files\....

Well you have written the wrong path ... It is "x86" not "x84" , just fix it

No, seen uncomplicated isn't the c software language. different 2, C# and C++ are recent variations of the c software language. You realize, C is a very historic language. seen C++ is the closest one to the traditional C. C# is an much less complicated and clipped version of C. happy programming!
