I was surfing through the Net when suddenly out of no where,2 antivirus program started scanning my computer and said that I had Trojan virus.I didn't even download these two programs.
But when I use my Anti Virus program(Avira),they said my computer was clean.
The other two antivirus program pop-ups kept appearing saying my computer was at risk.
So,I reset my whole system a day earlier and when I restarted my computer the pop-ups were gone...
The thing is Im not sure my computer is really clean or Th Trojan virus has already entered my Hard Disk and my anti-virus is unable to detect it...
Please help!!!
Update:It's actually an MS Antivirus...
Kind of a fake antivirus...

HMM.. First of all don't be "tempted" or what to those who only copy and paste infos about antivirus.. anyway, i'm one of the guys who is so much interested to know which is which to be the best anti virus.. honestly, i've downloaded a lot of them, TRIALS, DEMOS, AND free anti virus.. even though those "never heard" antivirus.. so i would compare each of them :
AVAST 4! HOME EDITION - this one is a free software.. this antivirus has cool graphics and also have some voice recordings(you'll find out) that makes it unique. Of course it can detect viruses and it can delete and eliminate viruses. In terms of loading, its quite slow when you're using a slow or old computer.. you shuould be using at least with high memory of disk space.
AVG - a lot says that AVG is the best.. lol.. they would say because they are not yet victimized by those antivirus that are new nowadays.. of course, technology is growing, so expect that virus nowadays are not that easy to remove or even detect. AVG for me could detect and eliminate virus, quite fast in scanning, but couldnt detect specific viruses and other virus with file name "exe", those softwares that you would think that that is not a virus, but probably, it would be a virus when you delete them and would come back again when you refresh your pc. So it's up to you to test this antivirus.
AVIRA ANTIVIR FREE EDITION - before, i said that it was so effective.. yah, it's very effective but only in detecting but not in removing.. so what would you choose, to detect only or to remove only? neither... of course it could delete viruses, but not all, so probably its not the best!! and you would say that sometimes, it detects false programs, meaning, programs that are not virus are still being detected, and of course, your step is to delete that.. but if that's an important file?anyway, just test it if it could delete some specific viruses.. ^^, what's good with this is that it can detect viruses instantly at download.com(don't you know that most of the files in that website contains virus) now you know..
BITDEFENDER 10 - poor one.. i dont see any interest features with this antivirus, it couldnt even detect some common viruses, it only last for me for a day, and i uninstall it because, i dont see any intersting features with it.. that's my opinion, its for you to find out. Avira is better in detection but bit defender couldnt detect some, so at least you see the comparison between. UNfortunately, avira is sometime false.
CLAMWIN - hmm, i would say that it's a very poor antivirus, even though you could transfer it with other pc..that';s the only feature i've found in clamwin. its for you to find out if it could detect or delete viruses.. and it's so slow to scan..
KASPERSKY - hmm, kaspersky is somewhat good, but couldn't detect some virus too, it could eliminate but it not all. another thing, it's somewhat slow when scanning.. A lot of processes are running while scanning so it may also slow down your pc.
MCAFEE- compared to Avira, avira is still better in DETECTING viruses, before, while im using MCAFEE< it only detect 29 virus, but when i;m using AVIRA< about 300 virus was detected, and what as ive said, "maybe" some of them are not true, BUT MAYBE all of them are true, but you dont have the 100% guarantee that your pc is free from virus.. one more, it also has many processes hat wud slow down your pc.!
PANDA - panda is quite better because it could also dtect spyware not only virus, and could also eliminate virus, and fast in scanning your FULL DRIVE, very fast.. but what is bad is that, you need to pay after 30 day trial.. of course, they would not offer you free but for me, as of now, i would rate it 7.5 out of 10.. try it if you want.. your pc may also be slow because it has some processes that slows down pc..PANDA is Effective in deleting Autorun.inf ...Try if you like to..Panda is effective, but not that effective.
RISING ANTIVIRUS - the best antivirus in terms of its cool designs, its like new tech design, but unfortunately, its too slow to scan your pc!! very!!, i can finish a full scan in my pc because it takes so much time.. but it could detect some viruses, so its up to you to try if it is effective even though its slow! ^^
NORTON - dont believe.. yah, it may be an anti virus but one time, it would also be a PRO virus, because, NORTON also produces virus(sometimes, but not at all).. so for me, I would not take the risk, even though its not true..
NOD32 - gud in detecting, fast in detecting if viruses attack your pc, but sometimes, like AVG, it couldnt detect specific viruses or "SOFTWARE VIRUSES", which is for me, the hardest virus to delete in PC..
NOOB KILLER - this one, it could REALLY delete SPECIFIC VIRUSES such as Ravmon.exe, jaymyka, vundo, etc.. It's made from philippines,in my country.. haha.. anyway, it could only DELETE and 100% DELETE only SPECIFIC VRUSES, so dont use it if you dont have that kind of virus.
For me, Pand

There are fake anti-virus program out there. They say you're infected, then tell you to download a fix, then the fix is just more virus or worse. You might want to try a spyware scanner like spybot, or adaware. Or try an online scan from Trend micro, or other. I'm not sure what you mean by "reset" your whole system. Pushing the reset button will be the same as restarting, or rebooting your computer. (except pushing reset may have some negative consequences). Re-installing windows will most likely erase any viruses, if done with a wipe and re-format, but this is a last resort.
If you are still worried about the problem, then you can always do a system restore. It will restore your computer back to an earlier time, as long as you choose a time before the problem occurred.
It's in start->accessories->system tools->system restore
You might have fixed it, just my suggestion though.
If you are having a virus or Malware problem, you should receive professional Malware removal support from a site like http://geekpolice.net/
I recommended it because they provide real fast support and a cure is guaranteed.
Run:

You don't have a virus or Trojan , you had/have a rogue program on your pc.
haha were these displayed in your web browser ? if so theyre just pop ups and wat they do is convince you have a trojan so you click the "anti virus" and then you start downloading there software which is packed with viruses and other malware. if your anti virus says your pc is clean it is, turn your pop up blocker on and ignore anything that shows up in your browser.
You took one of the best courses of action. You are probably good. Nice job
