First, do you really use Ad-Aware 6?

Ad-Aware 6 has not had an update since 2004!!! Check this out :

Also Windows Defender is a legitimate Microsoft product and doesn't make pop ups.

So that means that your pop ups are probably for either Ultimate Defender, or IE Defender, which are both rogue.

First thing... Get rid of Ad-Aware 6! It is absolutely useless.
