Well the obvious solution would be to stop downloading stuff illegally or be careful where your downloading from. Maybe even get a mac. Free and quickly ultimately depends on how long the Trojan Virus has been attacking your computer.

Backup important files, then grab your system recovery discs and reformat the system. Easiest way to clean the machine, and if it's to the point where it's shutting down every 2 mins and bluescreening, there is most likely a ton of corrupted windows file, so you will need to do a destructive restore. No amount of virus removal would be feasible at this point.

Try to download Malwarebytes from http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/...

Then run a full scan. And delete the Spyware/ Virus.

Boot into Safe Mode with Networking, then download a virus scanner, such as AVG or Avast.

If you're already running a virus scanner, make sure it is up to date and run a full system scan.

boot in safe mode, and try scanning with avg antivirus, if not, then take out the hard drive, plug it in in another computer as a 2nd drive and scan for virus, when doing so, be sure you're not connected to the internet
