I am taking a cruise to Bahamas with my parents. They hold Indian Passport & I-94. I have two questions.
Question 1
----------------
Will I-94 be taken out of passport when we leave USA and a new one will be issued on the way back, how it works ?
Question 2
----------------
My mother can't walk long distance. Based on this fact, what would be the best land tour in Nassau, Bahamas and how we can organize. Some people say don't go through Cruise lines or web sites, because the price is hiked many times. So is it possible to organize a land excursion after reached Bahamas.
Please let me know

From what I remember, the check in is done at the ship, at immigration counters which are not like the usual airport variety, and your passport, together with the 1-94 are retained for the entire voyage. It will be returned to you for re-entry to the USA and again, the immigration formalities are very easy going.
The docks at Nassau are very near the city centre and quite honestly, it is so interesting there, with all sorts of things to see, that I wouldn't bother with a tour. Your mother will enjoy the shops and the lovely Colonial buildings and if you want to take a local bus and tour around, last time I was there it was only $1 a ticket and you could stay on the bus for the entire round trip -- nobody minded.
Enjoy yourselves!
when you come off of the cruise ship there are taxi drivers there who will take you on a tour of the island i think the price is about 15 dollars a persons but it is worth it, you will be able to get a history of the island and enjoy in some of the local culture.....and let me be the first to say welcome to the bahamas....
