motion sickness is caused by the difference between what you see and what you feel. Your body senses you are moving but you are looking at the inside of the car which you don't see moving.

Try to sit in the front seat or in a seat where you can look out the windshield. Keep your eyes on the horizon in front of you. Try not to look at things inside the car, close up or to the side of the car. Don't read, text or watch movies in the car. Try to sleep if you can. Most people feel better with air blowing on them through a vent or an open window.

Keep it cold. Whatever you do DO NOT read or be on ur phone or a game or anything. I take dramean for the neausia it's over the counter and works good. & try to eat a good breakfast and not junk I get like that and all this really helps !

Do not read or play electronic game while in vehicle.

Ask if the AC can be kept on very cold.
