This summer I'm flying to Germany. I was wondering when I shoud buy the plane tickets? I want to get the best deal possible. If I wait will the price go up or down? I don't want the tickes to be sold out either.
Also when should I get a passport?

as the summer get nearer air tickets go up in price, more seats lower price, less seats higher price.
People also realize they need a passport and then rush.
