I just got a tick for failure to dim on approaching vehicle. Tonight was my first night on my paper route and I was driving slow looking for an address. I looked to the right for a second and then back forward and a car was heading my way, they flashed their brights at me and i immediately turned mine off. The officer pulled my over and fined me $334.00. Do you think this is Just? and whats my chance of winning in court?

Speaking as someone that has to drive at night, and is regularly blinded by nit wits that refuse to dim their lights ... $334.00 sounds a bit low.
Seriously, have you ever been on the receiving end of those bright lights? Contest the ticket if you want to ... I'll bet on conviction.
Take it to court the chances of you winning are slim but either way if you win then you don't come out of pocket. On the other hand if you loose you end up paying the ticket. So the chances here are 50%50% either way. Good Luck.
If you truly feel like it's not just, I'd say go to court instead of paying.
If you go to court, most likely they won't make you pay it but instead settle it and make you do community service. Happened to me before. =/
