Ok, so i moved too far out on a left turn and i stopped traffic to make my left turn, i sped down a street at 35 miles per hour... He pulled me over and gave me a court appearance, and he only put advised on the 40mph (which was about 33-35) but i wasnt being charged for it... i was being charged for the traffic violation can anyone tell me what a heavy traffic violation as which i explained max fine will be? (im 17 and i was transporting one male) (also my cousin) please help everyone
