If you have cash, go to a small, cheap restaurant after and offer to buy her lunch, "your treat". Girls like that. :)

Give her compliments and tell her she's pretty. If you get signs that she likes you (leaning forward attentively, nodding and listening when you are talking, playing with her hair) and if you've hung out before, it might be worth the risk to tel her you like her. A girl will always be impressed if a guy tells her that he likes her. (I say this from experience) because it seems that guys can never work out the courage. And if they do, all the better.

Mate, just find a reason to talk to her that will keep the conversation going after the initial line. If you don't speak to her you'll regret it. Worse case scenario she turns you away, this probably won't happen, but so what? Do it you'll be pleasantly suprised how easy it is.
