I have 8 boneless pork chops, thick, and a tube of accidentally bought sour cream. Does any one have any suggestions on how to use the two together cuz i don't want to waste the sour cream and the only thing i know how to use sour cream is on tacos.

Fry the pork chops.
After they are done, take them out of the pan.
Add a little chicken broth to the pan to deglaze it and take off all of the bits of pork chop from the bottom of the pan.
Add sour cream until it is the consistency you like.
Add salt and pepper.
Put in a little dijon mustard. It can be overpowering, so add a little then taste the sauce until it tastes like it has enough dijon mustard. You will only need a little of it.
Then you have porkchops and dijon mustard sauce.
